May 1, Fineko/abc.az. EU Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Marijana Kujuncic, was summoned to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where she was presented with a note of protest in connection with the European Parliament resolution "Support for democratic stability in Armenia".

ABC.AZ informs that the document contains "unfounded and biased" provisions against Azerbaijan, which distort reality and contradict the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Baku also stated that calls for the return of Armenians to Karabakh and the release of convicted persons are interference in the internal affairs of the country and legally unacceptable. Azerbaijan called on the EU to refrain from such steps that worsen relations and regional normalization.
