In the ranking of non-state exporter entities prepared for Jan-Aug 2025, Top 10 includes Prime Cotton LLC, the representative office of Azerbaijan International Mining Company Limited in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Baku Steel Company CJSC, Export Stream LLC, Azərbaycan Şəkər Production Association LLC, LLC UYTROP, P-AQRO LLC, STP Aluminum LLC, TABATERRA CJSC, Sahdag SY LLC.

The list of state-owned companies involved in export operations in the non-oil sector is headed by SOCAR's Marketing & Economic Operations Department.
