August 25, Fineko/abc.az. In January–July 2026, trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Georgia saw notable growth. During the reporting period, trade with Georgia accounted for 2.29% of Azerbaijan's total trade turnover, positioning Georgia as Azerbaijan's 6th largest trading partner.

• Exports: Over the first 7 months of the year, Azerbaijan's exports to Georgia totaled $576.7 million. This represents an increase of $194.5 million, or approximately 50.9%, compared to the same period in 2025.

• Imports: Azerbaijan imported $91.8 million worth of products from Georgia during the reporting period, marking a year-on-year increase of $9.2 million, or 11.1%.
