November 16, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 10 months, investments in fixed assets in Azerbaijan amounted to 14.39 billion manats

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the figure is 4.4% less versus Jan-Oct 2023.

Investments in the oil & gas sector decreased by 9.1% during the year, and in the non-oil/gas sector by 2%.

In the 10 months of 2024, 7.308 billion manats or 50.8% of the investments used were directed for manufacturing, 5.162 billion manats or 35.9% to the service sector, 1.92 billion manats or 13.3% for construction of residential buildings.

For Jan-Oct 2024, domestic investments totaled 11.943 billion manats or 83% of the total investments in fixed assets, including 10.409 billion manats or 72.3% for construction & installation works.
