January 10, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan became one of the most visited countries by Belarusian tourists last year, ABC.AZ reports, quoting Irina Voronovich, the head of the Tourism Department of the Ministry of Sports of Belarus.

She added that the most popular tourist destinations for Belarusians are the seaside resorts of Egypt, Türkiye and the UAE.

Voronovich noted that last year Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia also remained attractive to Belarusians.

Belarus will continue close cooperation with Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan in the field of tourism, Voronovich said.
