According to the information, for violation of paragraphs 33.1 of the law "On the securities market", paragraphs 3.4, 3.5, 14.3, 3.11, 12.1, 19.3.4, 19.3.8, 19.3.9, 19.4.9, 5.3, 5.5 of the "Procedure for the implementation of investment services (Operations) by Investment Companies" and 3.6, 6.5 and 8.2 of the "Margin Trading Rules", the official of the investment company was fined AZN 6,200 under Articles 414 and 416.0.1 of the Code of Administrative Law Offenses.
