July 11, Fineko/abc.az. The State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan has released Gross Domestic Product (GDP) figures for the first half of 2026. According to ABC.AZ, between January and June, the country's GDP reached AZN 65.207 billion, marking a 0,8% expansion year-on-year.

The core driver of the economy remains the non-oil complex; while value-added output in the oil and gas sector contracted by 0.7% (to AZN 19.610 billion), the non-oil-and-gas segment expanded by 1.5% to reach AZN 45.596 billion, stabilizing the macroeconomic baseline.
