July 6, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, administrative control over more than 49,000 municipal acts was carried out.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the Ministry of Justice, this was announced at the Ministry’s board meeting.

Up to 1,800 acts were canceled or amended on the basis of Ministry's proposals, as well as illegally allotted land plots with an area of more than 5,000 hectares were returned.
