February 24, Fineko/abc.az. The European Union supports both the education system of Azerbaijan and carries out certain activities for the employment of students.

ABC.AZ reports that European Union Ambassador to Azerbaijan Petr Mikhalko stated about this at event "Human Capital Review" for Azerbaijan in Baku.

He noted that the support of Azerbaijan by the supreme body he represents does not end there.

"We are providing support to Azerbaijan in connection with the pension system of recommendatory nature. We also help people with disabilities here. We are working on their further integration into society. At the same time, we do not forget about a more sustainable healthcare system for Azerbaijan, and we do not spare support here. I would like to emphasize that we have never regretted our support for Azerbaijan, and this policy will continue," the ambassador said.

Referring to the COVID 19 infection, the ambassador said that this threat has not yet been completely eliminated.

"We hope there will be no threat of COVID 19 in the future, but in all cases we need to be prepared for this," Michalko said.
