December 13, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan has registered non-bank credit organization Caspian Finance LLC.
ABC.AZ reports that the legal address of the new NBCO is Baku city, Yasamal district, 15 Besti Bagirova Street, Apart.42. The authorized capital meets the minimum requirement set for NBCO – 300,000 manats. The legal representative is Samir Iskenderov.
Iskenderov was the chairman of board of NBCO Embafinans CJSC, and is currently chairman of the Supervisory Board of NBCO Optimal Finance LLC.
