July 24, Fineko/abc.az. Meta Platforms has launched a dedicated standalone mobile application called "Seller" for Facebook Marketplace users, unifying sales management, buyer communication, and performance analytics into a single interface.
Key Highlights:
Meta AI Integration: The app leverages Meta AI to automatically populate product details—such as titles, descriptions, categories, and price recommendations—once photos of an item are uploaded.
Centralized Management: Includes a seller home dashboard highlighting urgent tasks (items to ship, buyer messages, re-pricing needs), a unified inbox threaded by listing, and bulk listing capabilities.
Seamless Account Sync: Existing Marketplace listings, message histories, and active inventory automatically sync with the new app.
Initial Availability: The app is currently available on Apple's App Store for U.S. users aged 18 and above, with Android testing and a web version currently underway.
