April 4, Fineko/abc.az. A penalty protocol has been drawn up for a non-bank credit organization (NBCO) in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that speech is about NBCO M Bulak. Thus, an administrative protocol was drawn up by the relevant authority in relation to the above-said NBCO under Article 211.2 (violation of the requirements established by the relevant executive authority in connection with the use of personal protective equipment during anti-epidemic, sanitary and hygienic and quarantine regimes, as well as prevention of violation of these requirements by officials and legal entities) of the Code of Administrative Offences and sent to the Binagadi District Court for consideration.

Individuals are fined for this offense in the amount of 100 manats, officials - 300 manats, and legal entities - 600 manats.
