September 15, Fineko/abc.az. In August 2021 Georgia's debt to Azerbaijan decreased by $450,000 to $4.4 million as of 1 September.

According to the Ministry of Finance of Georgia, currently the total external public debt of Georgia exceeds $8 billion. Of the total external debt, $7.5 billion accounts for the Georgian government.

Georgia's debt to Turkey, Russia and Armenia also declined (against last month) to $8,529 million, $31,57 million and $4.21 million, respectively.
