July 10, Fineko/abc.az. Electronic cigarettes and their components are included in the list of items not allowed for civil circulation and withdrawn from civil circulation.
This is reflected in the proposed amendment to Law "On the list of items not allowed for civil circulation (withdrawn from civil circulation)", discussed at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Agrarian Policy in the format of a videoconference.
According to the law dated December 30, 2025, No. 338-VIIQD “On Amendments to the Tax Code, Laws ‘On Tobacco and Tobacco Products’, ‘On Advertising’ and ‘On Restricting the Use of Tobacco Products’, the import, export, production, storage, wholesale and retail sale, as well as the use of electronic cigarettes and their components are prohibited.
Thus, the law "On the list of items prohibited for civil circulation (withdrawn from civil circulation)" also includes relevant amendments.
