Cotton occupies 1st place among main export products of Azerbaijan

July 1, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-May 2021 Azerbaijan's exports amounted to $8 bn and on the non-oil sector AZN 907.6 million.

ABC.AZ reports that the June’s issue of the Export Review says that exports to the non-oil sector increased by $184 million or by 25.4%, compared with the relevant period of 2020.

Over Jan-May 2021 refined cotton ($108.6 million) took the 1st position in the list of exported goods of the non-oil sector.

In this list gold is in 2nd place ($87.4 million) and tomatoes are in 3rd place ($87 million).
