August 27, 2026, Fineko/abc.az. In January–July 2026, sausage production in Azerbaijan increased by 2,159 tons, or 12.4% year-on-year, reaching 19,601 tons.

According to the State Statistics Committee, as of August 1, 2026, finished product reserves dropped by 5.6 tons (25.2%) compared to the same period in 2025, standing at 16.6 tons. For context, in January–July 2025, sausage output was recorded at 17,442 tons, with finished stock at 22.2 tons.
