August 27, Fineko/abc.az.In January-July 2026, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Türkiye reached $3,280,018,870. According to the State Customs Committee, this marks a decrease of $103,998,000 (or 3%) compared to the same period in 2025.

Key indicators of bilateral trade:

• Exports: Azerbaijan's exports to Türkiye dropped by 2.9% year-on-year to $1,949,138,000.

• Imports: Imports from Türkiye fell by 3.2% to $1,330,880,000.

• Trade Share: Türkiye accounted for 11.2% of Azerbaijan's total foreign trade turnover, representing 10% of total exports and 13.4% of total imports.

Overall Foreign Trade Overview: During the 7-month period, Azerbaijan's total foreign trade turnover grew by 1.3% compared to Jan-Jul 2025, reaching $29.216 billion. Exports surged by 27% to $19.336 billion, while imports dropped by 27.4% to $9.881 billion, resulting in a positive trade balance of $9.455 billion.
