February 26, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has visited the "Mother's Cry" monument erected in Khatayi district in memory of the victims of the Khojali massacre.

ABC.AZ reports that President Aliyev laid a wreath at the monument and paid tribute to the victims of the tragedy.
