July 27, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jun 2026, 1.64 bn manats were spent on the restoration and reconstruction of Azerbaijan's liberated territories, based on the cash requests of the customers.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the figure makes up 30.4% of the total finances allocated for the current year.

The majority of finances, amounting to 974.1 million manats, were allocated to infrastructure projects.

In particular, 489.3 million manats were directed for road infrastructure, 371.1 million manats for residential complexes, 67.6 million manats for tourism infrastructure, 15.9 million manats for cable cars in Shusha, Khankendi, and Lachin, 15.3 million manats for electricity, 7.6 million manats for water and sewage networks, and 7.3 million manats for industrial parks.

In addition, 45.3 million manats were spent on demining, 29.8 million manats on healthcare and cultural facilities, and 14.9 million manats on defense and law enforcement facilities.
