July 16, Fineko/abc.az. The creation of the next ASAN Xidmet centers is planned in the liberated territories - Aghdam, Jabrayil and Lachin.

Ulvi Mehdiyev, the chairman of the State Agency for Citizens' Services & Social Innovations (under the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration), says that the ASAN Xidmet Center has been operating in Shusha for two years:

“It is also planned to establish service centers in Aghdam, Jabrayil, and Lachin. These will be regional centers that will also serve the nearby districts.”
