Erdogan and Putin discussed agreement reached in Nagorno-Karabakh

November 11, Fineko/abc.az. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a phone conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.

ABC.AZ reports that the parties noted that this important opportunity should be used to preserve stability in the region through a just and sustainable peace.

Erdogan stressed that the most important issue at the moment is Armenia's compliance with the ceasefire points and the joint statement.

He also noted that Turkey will be in a joint center to be established on the lands liberated by Armenia in the territory defined by Azerbaijan to control and monitor the ceasefire regime, and indirectly at this moment an important responsibility lies on Russia.
