Azerbaijan’s customs officials exceeded budget forecast by 16%

January 19, Fineko/abc.az. The State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan transferred AZN 2.608 bn to the State Budget.

At a media conference SCC head Aydin Aliyev has stated that the Committee exceeded the transfer forecast by the end of 2017 by 16%.

"Last year export amounted to $13 bn and import $8 bn. Import operations grew by $291 million, and surplus of $5 bn formed thereby," Aliyev said.
