January 15, Fineko/abc.az. Calculations based on financial programming at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications show that population growth in the next 10 years will affect the potential non-oil GDP by 0.5% a year, and capital investments by 1.5% a year.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by Centre’s executive director Vusal Gasimli, when commenting on the president-chaired meeting on 13 January.

He pointed out that in order to transfer to higher growth rates, there is a need for greater investment attractiveness, which will go along with the business environment, institutions and human capital development.
