December 30, Fineko/abc.az. According to the changes to the Tax Code from 1 January 2020, the sale of poultry meat will be exempt from VAT for 4 years.

ABC.AZ with reference to the Department of Media & Communications of the Ministry of Taxes that along with the sale of poultry meat, the sale of animal origin meat will also be exempt from VAT for 4 years from 1 January 2020.

The VAT exemption does not apply to processed animal and poultry meat, with the exception of frozen animal and poultry meat.
