September 18, Fineko/abc.az. A new draft law "On the commodity certificate" has been submitted to the Committee on Agrarian Policy of the Milli Majlis, providing for financing farmers before the start of the season.

This financial instrument is issued in the form of a security through the E-Agriculture system and, depending on the form of fulfillment of the obligation in the future (monetary or commodity), is divided into financial and commodity types.

The system eliminates notary costs, creates a flexible tool for banks and suppliers, provides farmers with access to initial funds and provides a mechanism for immediate fulfillment of obligations without trial in case of violation.

In addition, by giving customers the right to monitor the production process, it guarantees product quality and makes a significant contribution to the development of the agricultural sector.
