September 2, Fineko/abc.az. As part of a social project of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, apartments continue to be offered for sale at prices significantly below market rates — from 435 to 830 manats per square meter.

The apartments are located in new residential buildings in the Umid settlement of Baku, as well as in the Absheron and Samukh districts.

The offer includes three- and four-room apartments with full interior finishing, which have not previously been used and come with title documents (extracts). The apartments can also be purchased through a mortgage.

The available properties can be viewed through the ms.sosial.gov.az portal. Citizens can reserve a selected apartment by clicking the “Reserve” button on the portal.

To make a reservation, applicants must have one of the ASAN Login authentication methods. Within 10 days of the reservation, a notarized sale and purchase agreement is concluded between the citizen and the ministry, with the full purchase price paid.

Proceeds from the sale of the apartments will be used to provide housing for the families of martyrs and persons with war-related disabilities in other regions of the country.
