September 4, Fineko/abc.az. The State Housing Development Agency (MİDA) is putting 535 subsidized apartments up for sale on September 4, 2026.

The main selection of apartments will take place from 11:00 to 16:00 on September 4, while selection on a waiting-list basis will run from 12:00 to 16:00.

Of the total number of apartments, 528 are located in the Shirvan residential complex (58A Nakhchivan Street), 6 in the Yevlakh residential complex (1 Rashad Budagov Street), and 1 in the Lankaran residential complex (303 Academician Zarifa Aliyeva Street).

Only citizens with an electronic account in the “Subsidized Housing” system are eligible to participate in the sale. All users have equal rights.

The apartments are fully renovated and equipped with kitchen furniture, combi heating systems, and water, gas and electricity meters.

Extracts from the state register of property rights (title deeds) and positive construction assessments from the Ministry of Emergency Situations are available for the apartments.
