August 31, Fineko/abc.az. Amid rising apartment prices in Baku, buyers are increasingly turning their attention to smaller-sized housing.

According to ABC.AZ, real estate expert Ramil Osmanli said that such apartments are mainly purchased for investment purposes, while relatively few buyers acquire them for their own residence.

The expert noted that one of the reasons for the growing demand for small-sized housing is the active demolition of buildings that have reached the end of their service life. As a result, some residents do not want to move away from central districts.

Ramil Osmanli said that if prices continue to rise, interest in small-sized apartments will continue to increase.
