August 7, Fineko/abc.az. MIDA LLC, which is subordinate to the State Housing Construction Agency (MIDA), has published a financial report. 

The company ended 2025 with net profit of 1.028 million manats (6.6-fold less versus 2024). 

Last year, earnings of the commercial structure under contracts with customers decreased by 14.7% to 69.128 million manats, and cost of sales fell by 25.5% to 47.63 million manats. Company's other operating income amounted to 810,000 manats and general and administrative expenses - 17.191 million manats.

Financial expenses grew 2.1-fold up to 7.18 million manats, and income tax payments amounted to 871,000 manats. As of January 1, 2026, MIDA’s assets increased by 2.8% up to 608.153 million manats, the balance sheet capital by 9.2% up to 460.592 million manats, while liabilities observed decline by 13% to 147.561 million manats. 
MIDA LLC was established on April 11, 2016 and passed state registration on May 17, 2016. Its authorized capital is 10 million manats.
