August 7, Fineko/abc.az. On September 16, 2026, the State Agency for the Use of Mineral Raw Material Resources under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, alongside the Auction Organization Center of the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy, will hold an auction to grant usage rights for a mineral deposit.

The 13.0-hectare "Girdimanchay-I" sand and gravel deposit located in the Ismayilli district will be offered to prospective investors. Bidders can submit required documentation to the "Baku SMB House" until 6:00 PM on September 9.

Both foreign and local individuals and legal entities who pay the designated service fee and deposit are eligible to participate in the auction, which will be held at the Property Services Space.
