August 5, Fineko/abc.az. The public placement of bonds of Kapital Bank OJSC with total volume of 50 million manats by subscription has been successfully completed.

During the subscription, which took place from July 3 to August 1, 406 applications for totally 146.16 million manats were received from 336 investors.
Since demand exceeded supply almost 3-fold, 383 applications from 314 investors were satisfied during the placement, and 500,000 bonds were placed in full. The nominal value of each paper is 100 manats, the circulation period - 1 year, and the annual yield - 10%. Interest payments will be made every 30 calendar days.

Since the placement results comply with the rules of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the securities were included in the segment of the Standard BSE Market. PAŞA Kapital CJSC acted as the underwriter of the issue.
