August 3, Fineko/abc.az. Unibank CB OJSC has appointed Valentin Morozov as the new Chairman of its Management Board.

Morozov brings extensive leadership experience, having held executive positions across various prominent banking institutions over many years. Prior to this appointment, Heybat Gadirov served as the acting Chairman of the Management Board.

The new composition of the Management Board was approved following a decision made at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Unibank's shareholders.
