Rabitabank has taken another significant step in expanding its international payments system by enabling the acceptance of UnionPay cards across its POS acquiring network in partnership with UnionPay International. As a result, UnionPay cardholders can now make secure, fast, and convenient payments for goods and services at merchants connected to Rabitabank's extensive POS terminal network throughout Azerbaijan.
This partnership represents an important contribution to the development of Azerbaijan's international payment infrastructure while enhancing the payment experience for millions of international visitors traveling to the country. At the same time, merchants using Rabitabank's POS acquiring services can now accept payments from one of the world's largest card networks without requiring any additional technical integration, further expanding their access to international customers.
