August 3, Fineko/abc.az. The next meeting with the advisory group was held at Azeristiliktejkhizat OJSC within the Technical Assistance Project of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) “Decarbonization of the Heat Supply Sector and Integration of Renewable Heat Sources in Azerbaijan”.

ADB representatives informed about the meetings with the management of the joint-stock company.

The main goal of negotiations was to diagnose the current business processes of the company, identify opportunities for optimizing management and organizational structure, and create an information base for developing a corporate development strategy.
