June 30, Fineko/abc.az. The Memorandum of Understanding between the State Agency for Citizens' Services and Social Innovations (under the President of Azerbaijan) and the Ministry of Information, Communications & Technology of the Kingdom of Eswatini on Cooperation in Creating an Advanced Public Service Delivery Mechanism signed on May 19, 2026 in the city of Baku has been approved.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant decree was signed by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to the decree, after the Memorandum comes into force, the State Agency for Citizens' Services and Social Innovations must ensure implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs must notify the government of the Kingdom of Eswatini of the completion of the domestic procedures necessary for the Memorandum to come into force.
