August 15, Fineko/abc.az. In the 2025 state budget, 1 billion 156.5 million AZN was allocated across 30 measures under 7 programs implemented by 5 agencies in the agricultural sector. According to the Ministry of Finance, 1 billion 120.9 million AZN (96.9%) was disbursed and fully utilized based on agency requests.

Expenditure Breakdown:

• Ministry of Agriculture & Agencies: Accounted for 48.2% of total utilized funds (including AKIA and Agricultural Services Agency);

• Regional Water Reclamation Service: Accounted for 48.1% of expenditures;

• Unallocated Reserves: 32.4 million AZN was spent out of the projected 34.7 million AZN (3%).

Based on monitoring evaluations, strategic targets set out in the sector's 2025–2028 strategic plan were partially achieved, with overall performance indicators rated as satisfactory.
