April 29, Fineko/abc.az. The Board of the Ministry of Economy has amended the documents approved by the decision from May 15, 2013: "The application form submitted by legal entities and individuals for registration as a resident of the industrial park and the list of attached documents", "The form of the registration certificate of the industrial park" and "Rules for maintaining the register of residents of the industrial park".

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov signed a new decision.

According to the changes, along with residents of industrial parks, a register of non-residents will also be maintained.

The register will include information on industrial parks, data on resident and non-resident legal entities and individuals, information on the registration and liquidation of an industrial park and its residents, as well as documents submitted for registration as an industrial park and its resident.

In addition, the following information will be included in the Industrial Park Register:

– date, number and type of the act of its creation;

– name, purpose of creation, activity profile and term of operation;

– the area of the territory and the administrative-territorial unit where it is located;

– date and number of registration of information in the register;

– notes on changes to the data entered in the register.

A standard form of a lease agreement will also be developed not only for a land plot owned by the state on the territory of an industrial park, but also for a building located on it, concluded between the managing organization of the industrial park and its resident.
