October 28, Fineko/abc.az. Discussions on cooperation on the use of Belarusian technologies in the pharmaceutical sector in Azerbaijan, as well as on the local production of medicines and vaccines, are in the final stages.

ABC.AZ informs that the relevant statement was made during the 15th Baku meeting of the Azerbaijan-Belarus Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation.

It was stressed that within cooperation in Azerbaijan’s occupation-liberated territories with the Belarusian side, work is underway over the project of an agro-town in Gizil village of Kengerli district of Aghdam, a master plan has been approved and a working group has been formed to create an agricultural cluster.

The meeting is led by Deputy Prime Minister Samir Sharifov (co-chair on behalf of the Azerbaijani side) and Deputy Prime Minister (co-chair on behalf of Belarus) Natalia Petkevich.
