September 2, Fineko/abc.az. In January–July 2025, banks in Azerbaijan paid a total of 717.4 million manats in interest on attracted deposits.

ABC.AZ reports, citing the Central Bank, that this represents an increase of 229.8 million manats, or 47%, compared to the same period last year.

In the first seven months of 2024, banks paid 487.6 million manats in deposit interest.
