September 24, Fineko/abc.az. As always, one of the largest expenditures of the State Budget will be spending on further strengthening defense and national security as the main and important priority area of government spending.

Prime Minister Ali Asadov made this statement in the Cabinet of Ministers during the discussion of Draft State and Consolidated Budgets for 2027, consolidated budget indicators for the next three years and forecasts of socio-economic development.

The PM said that State Budget 2027 expenditures on defense and national security will amount to 8.8 bn manats (21% of expenditures).
