September 24, Fineko/abc.az. Delivering speech at a Cabinet Ministers meeting, Prime Minister Ali Asadov noted that the medium-term period of 2027-2030 poses new strategic challenges for the country against the background of complex geopolitical economic processes in the region.

According to the PM, the restoration of the territories liberated from occupation, the Great Return, economic diversification and strengthening of sustainable peace are among the main priorities.

Asadov stressed that effective fiscal policy plays an important role in realization of these tasks, and financial planning should be closely coordinated with existing strategic documents, including Azerbaijan 2030: National Priorities for Socio-Economic Development.
