August 13, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has issued binding instructions to Tiko Azerbaijan LLC and Greentek Group LLC, ABC.AZ reports with reference to CBA.

"In connection with elimination of violations of the minimum total capital requirement in accordance with Paragraph 4.3 "Procedure for the organization and conduct of activities by payment organizations and electronic money organizations" of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, as well as to improve internal control systems, the Central Bank, guided by the requirements of Article 63.1 of the Law on Payment Services & Payment Systems, issued a binding instruction to Tiko Azerbaijan LLC and Greentek Group LLC," the CBA says.
