June 24, Fineko/abc.az. A new rule on the payment of customs debts is being established.

ABC.AZ informs that this was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Customs Code at today's Milli Majlis session.

According to the current rule, the customs debt can be settled by any interested party.

According to the draft, customs debt can be repaid by persons who are in arrears on accrued customs payments or who have obligations under this guarantee if it is secured using the methods provided for by the Customs Code.

After discussion, the bill was put to the vote and adopted in the first reading.
