February 25, Fineko/abc.az. Large suppliers of sweets - Snickers and Oreo - have warned about a 5-20% increase in product prices.
ABC.AZ reports that Mars has notified its partners in a message that the price increase is to be carried out in several stages: on February 20 and March 24.
"We are facing an unprecedented increase in costs and production costs due to record high exchange prices for cocoa beans and cocoa products, as well as rising prices for other ingredients," the letter says.
So, by the end of February 2025, several favorite chocolate bars will become 14% more expensive at once. At that, prices for Skittles candies and up to 16% for M&M pills will increase.
