February 20, Fineko/abc.az. This January, trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Georgia totaled $108.969 million (a rise of 14.1% against January 2024), ABC.AZ reports, referring to the National Statistics Service of Georgia.
Azerbaijan's share in Georgia's foreign trade turnover was 5.4%.
Last month, the value of Georgia’s products exported to Azerbaijan grew by 13% year-on-year up to $46.24 million (11.4% of overall exports), while the value of products imported by Georgia from Azerbaijan by 14.9% up to $62.729 million (3.9%).
This year, Georgia's total foreign trade turnover increased by 39.3% up to $2.008 billion. In particular, the value of exports grew by 19.3% up to $403.853 million, while the value of imports by 45.5% up to $1.604 billion.
