January 21, Fineko/abc.az. In 2024, our country produced 4,481.9 tons of bags and bags made of polyethylene, ABC.AZ reports with reference to ther State Statistics Committee.
Compared with 2023, production grew 2.9-fold.
As of 01.01.2025, stocks of finished products amount to 473.4 tons.
The production of other plastic bags and bags from chemical industry products, except polyethylene from rubber and plastic pulp, increased 2.9-fold, production of boards and plates from porous plastic pulp increased by 40.3%, manufacture of plastic bottles, vials and similar products grew by 22.6%, and production of bags and bags from polyethylene by 5.9 %.
