Adore Kompani cuts its share capital almost by 100%

March 27, Fineko/abc.az. Adore Kompani LLC, a chain of cosmetics & perfumery stores in Azerbaijan, has reduced its authorized capital.

ABC.AZ reports that the company lowered its authorized capital by 8,769,500 manats, or 98.9%, to 100,000 manats.

Prior to that, company's authorized capital was 8,869,500 manats.

Adore Compani operates under brands Sabina and Adore and was registered as Ideal Company LLC until 2020.
