October 30, Fineko/abc.az. The authorized capital of ATS Food LLC, a subsidiary of AgroTrade Supply LLC (ATS), one of the new participants in the food market in Azerbaijan, has been increased to 38.3 million manats.

ABC.AZ reports that in recent operations, its authorized capital has been increased by 15 million manats or 64.4%. And at the beginning of this year, another 23 million manats were invested in the company.

ATS Food LLC is part of the country's largest food production company Delta Group Co. It was created after the LLC was divided into two parts. The company's capital was divided into two parts, half of which was bought by AgroTrade Supply LLC.

The structure of ATS Food includes a flour mill, a combined feed plant, a soybean processing plant, 2 bakeries, flour and confectionery factories. In addition, the ATS group is engaged in agricultural activities on 11,000 hectares.
