“To a greater extent, the congestion will be on the Black Sea coast, for example, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Sochi. It is recommended to book in advance for these destinations, because the closer to the date of arrival, the more expensive the cost,” she noted.

She added that now tourists are already booking hotels in the Krasnodar Territory, and are choosing Thailand, Azerbaijan, etc. from foreign destinations. Travel agents associate this choice of places for recreation both with the foreign policy situation and with natural disasters - earthquakes in Türkiye.

Aleksey Cherepakhin, a representative of booking service Tvil.ru, also names Belarus among the popular destinations in 2023.
