July 27, Fineko/abc.az. The earnings of hotels and hotel-type facilities decreased by 3.8% for Jan-Jun 2026 up to 279 million manats.

The State Statistics Committee informs that 61.1% of earnings came from accommodation, 26.7% from catering, 3.2% from treatment and healthcare services, and 9.0% from other services.

At the same time, the utilization rate of hotel single capacity fell from 21.4% to 19.3% in the country. The highest rate was recorded in Naftalan (41.7%), Shabran (34.1%) and Baku (29.4%).
